If your country of nationality appears on the list below, no advanced visa arrangements are required to visit the UAE. Simply disembark your flight and proceed to Immigration, where your passport will be stamped with a 30-day visit visa free of charge.
Australia, Iceland, Portugal, Andorra, Ireland, San Marino, Austria, Italy, Singapore, Brunei, Japan, South Korea, Belgium, Liechtenstein, Spain, Denmark, Luxembourg, Sweden, Finland, Malaysia, Switzerland, France, Monaco, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, United States of America, Greece, New Zealand, The Vatican, Hong Kong, Norway.
It is not possible to process visit visa application for citizens of the following countries: Ethiopia, Syria, Nigeria, Libya, Tunesia and Bangladesh.
For delegates whom are not GCC citizens but are GCC residents, obtaining a visa permit of entry is now possible online through the UAE Ministry of Interior online service. To learn more about the service and initiate the application online please click here.
Delegates with citizenships from countries not listed in the eligible countries list for visa on entry or residents other than GCC will need to obtain a visit visa. Please double check for an entry requirements for travelers from your country of nationality by contacting the local embassy or consulate of the United Arab Emirates. Visa arrangements can be requested directly to the organizer. Visas will be processed at a cost of AED 550 per person. A deposit of AED 6,000 is required. Charges may vary according to nationality.
Once the visit visa is approved, a copy will be emailed to the applying delegate wherein it is advised to carry a printed copy during travel to submit to the immigration officers upon arrival in the UAE.
Dubai International Airport (AUH) is approximately 20 minutes’ drive from the Al Murooj Rotana, while Al Maktoum International Airport is approximately 40 minutes from the venue.
